李順德，中國社會科學院法學研究所研究員、教授、博士生導師、高級工程師，中國社會科學院知識產權中心副主任、兼任中國科學院研究生院人文學院法律與知識產權系主任、中國知識產權研究會副理事長、中國知識產權研究會專利委員會委員、中國世界貿易組織研究會學術顧問、中國科學技術法學會常務理事、國家自然科學基金委員會管理科學部專家評審組成員、中國法學會知識產權法研究會副會長、中國法學會世界貿易組織法研究會副會長、國家知識產權局“知識產權資產評估促進工程”特邀專家、中國數字圖書館工程建設法律法規指導委員會委員、中國2010年上海世博會知識產權咨詢專家、國家中醫藥立法工作法律顧問、北京市工商行政管理學會理事、北京市重點產業知識產權聯盟專家、北京市發明專利獎評審委員會委員、中關村科技園區主任專家顧問、江蘇省知識產權研究中心專家委員會委員、世界知識產權組織（WIPO）世界學院遠程教育課程導師、中國知識產權培訓中心遠程教育課程導師、國家工商行政管理總局培訓中心兼職教授。
1985年成為我國首批專利代理人，開始從事專利代理和知識產權研究，曾承擔《世界專利制度發展趨勢的研究》、《中國知識產權保護制度發展與完善》、《我國社會主義市場經濟下反壟斷對策研究》、《WTO與我國知識產權法律制度研究》、《入世后知識產權保護研究》、《科技保密與知識產權保護關系研究》、《電信及網絡知識產權有關問題研究》、《中國地理標識保護兩套體制評估研究》、《WTO第二輪談判涉及的知識產權問題》、《國際社會有關知識產權保護的政策走向》、《知識產權保護與防止濫用》等重點課題任務，并參加了《國家知識產權戰略》的多項專題研究工作。主要著作有《計算機軟件和集成電路的知識產權保護》、《知識產權價值評估中的法律問題》（合著）、《中華人民共和國著作權法修改導讀》（合著）、《知識產權法律基礎》、《知識產權概論》、《WTO的TRIPS協議解析》、《知識產權公共教程》、《知識產權保護與管理實務》、《專業技術人員知識產權保護知識讀本》等。參加了我國專利法、商標法、著作權法、對外貿易法、計算機軟件保護條例、集成電路布圖設計保護條例、信息網絡傳播權保護條例等法律、法規的制訂和修改工作。

Mr. Li Shunde is a Research Fellow, Professor, Doctor tutor and Senior Engineer in Law Research Institute of China Academy of Social Sciences(CASS). He is the deputy director of the Intellectual Property Center in China Academy of Social Sciences(CASS), a member of the Expert Examination Group of the National Natural Science Fund, Academic consultant of China Society for WTO Studies,Director of China Intellectual Property Research Society, Standing Director of China Science &Technology Law Asocciation , Vice Chairman of Directors of Intellectual Property Law Research Society of China Law Committee, Standing Director of the World Trade Organization(WTO) Law Research Society of China Law Committee, Arbitrator of Bejing Arbitration Commission(BAC) and Tianjin Arbitration Commission(TAC), Tutor of Distance Learning Program of the World Intellectual Property Organization （WIPO）Academy,and Pluralistic professor, Tianjin Intellectual Property Further Education College, Fujian Administration College and Fujian Economy Cadre College .
In l985, he was qualified to be one of the first Patent agents in China and started since then research on patent agent and intellectual property. He was involved in Study on the Trend of International Patent System Development, Development and Perfection of the Intellectual Property Protection System in China, Study on Countermeasures against Monopolization under Socialist Economy Environment in China, Deng Xiaoping's Thoughts on Legal System and Social Economic Law issues, Study on WTO and the Intellectual Property Protection System in China, ect. He also joined the edition of several large mon0graphs such as Intellectual Property Practice Pandect. His main works include Intellectual Property Protection for Computer Software and Integrate Circuits, legal Problems in the Intellectual Property Asset Appraisal, etc. He was participated in the drawing up and the amending of China’s Patent Law, Trademark Law, Copyright Law, Regulations for the protections of computer software, and Regulations for the protections of Layout-designs of Integrated Circuits , etc.
